Never Forgotten services cover all aspects of tending your loved ones headstone or memorial.
We pride ourselves on leaving your loved ones grave in pristine condition after our visit. You can expect your grave to be free from weeds and debris, grass to be trimmed and memorial pots to be washed. We recognise that every memorial is different and we ensure that all sentimental items are handled with great care and where possible cleaned.

Once your headstone/memorial is looking its best we don’t leave until a floral tribute has been laid. Flowers can range from a seasonal bouquet, posy, wreath or even a silk arrangement*.

Flowers are included in all of our packages but if you would like a special occasion, birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day etc commemorated please contact us.
After each visit you will always receive a before and after photographic record of the work carried out.
Never Forgotten will always report any damage to your headstone/memorial as part of our overall service.
Whilst we don’t carry out remedial work we will be happy to recommend or project manage any works that are commissioned.
